So, I have just recently bought both Wii zumba and Wii fit. I have a feeling that the combination of these to what I am already doing, will help!! I have done both now, and the Wii fit is definitely kicking my butt with yoga but that is what I want. But I'm not doing too bad!! On the Wii fit it has a function about Wii body age and the tests that they do I come in at 30. I guess I can't complain, I am 29 so really 30 ain't that bad!!
With the Wii zumba I haven't done this one that much just for a tester. This is one that I will have to do on the days that my little guys are at day care or when they are napping. The only reason I say that is because when I did try to do this, My Lucas was trying to climb between my legs, and Nicholas was constantly trying to climb up on me. That what I get with 2 toddlers in the house!!
I haven't weighed in this week yet but today was really my day off so I just want to see how I feel tomorrow morning when I get up before I decide that I'm gonna stand on that scale!!
