Okay, now that I've gotten through my little spell, I think I'm going to start back with the ACE!! I have taken a week off and I'm feeling better and I'm feeling more like I want to continue, but I still may see a doctor, have a few things on my mind!!
I'm again not thinking this will be a magic pill to melt fat away, just something to give me the boost I was looking for. I need to think about me and I need to see if this is what I need!!
So I guess the next question I have is, Is this now considered week 5 or do I start back at day 1?? either way, I'll do a weigh in and I may actually measure myself at that time!!!
I'll get back on that horse!! Eventually!! I'm a firm believer that if you fall off no matter what you have to get back on!! and trust me that is the hardest thing you will ever have to do in life, Get Back ON!!!
