updating

I'm updating on my weight loss!!


Last February 14, 2014 I found myself at a whopping 303 lbs.  not my finest moment.  I believe with the stress from Nicholas having his kidney issues along with a few other things I gained the 30lbs to get me that high.  My issue was being I stress bake, then no one wants to eat it so rather then let it go to waste I would eat it.  once I figured this out, I stopped baking, on a regular basis.

so that February I started to eat healthy, stopped drinking pop and started drinking water and started a diet of about 1500 cal a day.  I stuck with it for a long time lost 20 lbs.  cloths fit better and I felt better.

Then I fell of the wagon.  so I have tried to restart, gain and lose the same 5-10lbs. since.  I have tried a few new items started to use beach body's shakeoloy, still finding this hard.  I'm needing to get on some kind of wagon because what I'm doing isn't working.

I will now bounce between 286-293 depending on the day and my hormones/periods need to get me on the losing wagon again soon as I'm thinking that I may start to look into more surgical options to help.  my health may need it!!
