10 lbs down!!

So I'm officially down 10lbs from when I started trying to lose weight.  I have stopped everything from ACE to Herbalife, and am currently just trying to eat properly. 

I have changed my eating habits a bit.  I don't drink pop on a regular basis anymore, or drinks from Timmie's!!  It's usually just water or 2% milk.  But in saying that I still drink the odd pop, and Timmie's tea (double, double). 

I still don't eat breakfast, but I have decided that I needed to do something so I stated to drink the carnation breakfast essentials in the morning and that seems to have helped.  I try to eat more protein through the day but I love my carbs and I do try to be reasonable with them!!  I have a book called carb lovers diet and if I follow that I'm usually ok and it works if you follow it close enough.

I eat as many fruits and veggies as I want, they are mostly free calories (according to what I have learned from looking at weight watchers points system)  but think this is the key!!  I have also been making sure that I have something to eat when I'm working nights as your body needs different nutrition when working all night!

So I hope this continues!!
